The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, August
20, 2015, in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5"' Street, Richmond, Indiana.
President Robinson called the meeting to order and the following business was conducted:
ROLL CALL
Board members present were: Vicki Robinson and Dick Foore. Absent was Tony Foster
Also in attendance were Kim Vessels, Assistant City Attorney; Karen Chasteen City Clerk; Dave Mears,
Milestone; and, Media.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Foore moved to approve the minutes of August 13, 2015, supported by Ms. Robinson. Upon a vote viva
voce, the motion carried.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT - None
REQUESTS — None
BID OPENINGS
• STREET PAVING 2015 — PHASE I
One bid was received from Milestone in the�amount of $351,035.75.
This bid was forwarded to the Street Department for due diligence.
SIDEWALK PROJECT — N.W. `G' STREET
Bids were received as follows:
Rinehart Lawn Care $49,996.00
KAF Enterprises $49,296.00
Culy Construction $62,106.00
The bids were forwarded to the Street Department for due diligence.
