CALL TO ORDER

The Council Meeting work session of October 15, 2003, was convened at 5:30 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Groner, Olsen, and Vogel
Absent: Gordon, Klindt, Viessman, and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION
Mayor Landwehr opened the meeting to discuss the CVB 2004 budget. CVB Chairman
Brzuchalski gave a presentation to the City Council going line item by line item. Questions
and discussion ensued regarding not only the budget, but the status of the Executive
Director position, the Visitor's Guide, the state track meet, the CVB advertising campaign
and the focus on marketing.
