CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-83
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
COUNCILMEMBER JEFF PEDERSON FROM HIS CURRENT
CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, Jeff Pederson is currently a Councilmember of the city of Medina with a term
expiring on January 5, 2015; and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, Jeff Pederson was elected at a special election to fill a
vacancy in a City Council term expiring January 2, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Jeff Pederson's resignation from his current seat shall become effective on
December 2, 2014 to be able to be sworn into his new seat with a term expiring January 2, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Jeff Pederson's resignation from his current seat with a term expiring January 5, 2015 is hereby
accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Martin
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
