CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of October 20, 2003, was convened at 5:45 p.m.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Ferguson, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Viessman, and Vogel,
Absent: *Berry, Olsen, and Weber
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
The following categories had items brought up for discussion:
BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS
Bill 2003 -126: City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated that there were draft amendments
to the bill submitted by both Councilmen Groner and Angle. He distributed copies of those
amendments for informational purposes; both Councilman stated they do not intend to offer
those amendments as motions tonight.
Bills 2003 -108 and 2003 -109: Councilman Dan Klindt stated he plans to place both of
these bills on the Informal Calendar.
*Councilman Michael Berry arrived at this point in the meeting (6:00 P.M.)
