CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-84
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
SETH HOYT AND NANCY SAMUELS
WHEREAS, Seth Hoyt and Nancy Samuels have generously offered to donate a Fischer
Paykel Washer and Dryer with a total value of $600 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the
"City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Seth
Hoyt and Nancy Samuels for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Seth Hoyt and Nancy Samuels.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
