A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2-2003, FIXING THE NUMBER
AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Richmond Power and Light has previously adopted Resolution No. 2-2003, by
which Resolution salaries were established for all employees
during the year 2003; and
WHEREAS, the above Resolution did not contain an increase to the job classification of
"General Manager", and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of RP&L to amend the above Resolution to allow an increase to
the classification of "General Manager" for the fiscal year beginning October 1,
2003, and ending September 30, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 2-2003 is hereby
amended by adding the following section thereto:
I. The following shall be added to said resolution:
In addition to the salaries established herein, the General manager is authorized to
implement any two step-six month interval classification increase required to be provided to an
employee pursuant to the employee's classification.
In further addition to the salaries established herein, all employees shall also be entitled
to the fringe benefits set forth within the employee policy manual.
2. The following job title, effective date, hourly rate, and biweekly pay shall be
added to Schedule "A" of said resolution as indicated below:
