RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANTHONY NEIBERT AS THE ACTING
FLOOD PROGRAM COORDINATOR
WHEREAS, the Carteret Planning Board has received a request for a
Development Permit for a property located in a Special Flood Zone; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret's (the "Borough") Ordinance requires the
review of the application by the Flood Program Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the Program Coordinator designated in the Borough Ordinance is
deceased;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, that:
ANTHONY NEIBERT
Be and is Hereby appointed Acting Flood Program Coordinator;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect
immediately;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution shall be
forwarded to the Carteret Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Carteret Planning
Board.
Adopted this 19th day of October, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 20, 2000.
