CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Brown Bag" Work Session of October 31, 2003, was convened at 12:00 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Groner, Olsen, Viessman, Vogel
Absent: Angle, Berry, * *Ferguson, *Gordon, Klindt, and Weber
A quorum was declared present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
MINUTES AND REPORTS RECEIVED AND FILED:
CAMPO Report — Councilman Richard Groner stated Council needs to have a "sketch" of
what this group is doing. Councilman Cliff Olsen asked questions about the parallel taxiway.
*Councilman Darren Gordon arrived at this point in the meeting (12:10 PM)
Discussion about 2003 -126: Mayor John Landwehr stated that he understands
Councilman Angle wants to place this item on the Informal Calendar. Councilman Richard
Groner stated he would like to get a copy of a recently passed ordinance from Dallas,
Texas which stipulates how to prevent the public from making repetitious presentations from
the gallery on the same subject. Discussion was held about how to place an item on the
Informal Calendar if the bill's sponsor is absent.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Councilman Cliff Olsen stated he will request that item (e) be removed for separate vote as
he plans to recuse himself.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS
2003 -127: Councilman Richard Groner stated he believes the bill has a typo in the location
of the zone named.
2003 -133: Councilman Richard Groner stated he has a lot of questions about why staff
chose the contractor they did.
INFORMAL CALENDAR
2003 -108: Will remain on Informal Calendar.
2003 -109: Will be coming off for a vote.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 12:28 p.m.
