WHEREAS the Aoard of Trustees of. the City of Lynwood, Cali-
fornia, did on the 5th day of �ugust, 1925, pass its Resolution of
Intention No. 265 d.eclaring its intsntion to order certain v�ork
and improvsmsnt to be mads upon portions of Lon� �eaci� Boulevdrd,
in-said City, refsrence is hereby made to said Hesolution of In-
' tention for further particulars,. •
AivD `9HEREAS, Csrta.in owners of property liable to be.assessed
for said worlt made written protests or objections, and delivered.•
,the same to the City Clerk not later than the hour set for the
hearing of such objections,
AIvD F7I-IER�A5, at the time set for hearing of protests or ob-
jections, said Board of 'Prustees proceeded to hear the same, and
all of said protests or objections havine been duly neard and con-
sidered, and said Board of ' being required to pass upon the
same, it is hereby
RESOI,4ED, by the Board of `i'rustees of the City of I:ynwood,
California, that all of said protests and objections against said
propossd work and improvement, be and the same are hereby overruled
and denied.

that.it appearing to.it, it accordingly find.s that said owners
making protests against the said work to be ordsred as
aforesaid, are less than one-half' of the ownors of the property to
be assessed for the proposed work.
PASSED �LND ADOPTEA by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Lynvaood, California, at a regular �eeting of said Roard held.this
2nd day of �eptember, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit:
