RESOLV�.D, b,y the Board of Trustees o£ the.City of Lynwood,
Califorriia, t}iat the public interest and convenisnce require that ,
the ivork hereinafter described.to,be dorie, and therefore the said
, �oard of T'rustees hsreby ordsrs tlie f.ollowing vaork to be done r3.nd
improvement to be made in said City, to-wit:
A1T that street work and improvement described in Resolution of
,-Intention IQo. 265, passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on
the 5th day of �lugust, 1925, and on file in the office of the-City "
Clerk of said City, for construction oF ornamentwl concrete li�hting
standards complste rvith foundations, conduits, cables, globes, lamps
applianees and appurtsnances for lighting, along both sidss o� Long �
' Beach Boulevard in said City from the north boundary line of said
City to the south boundary line of said Ci;ty. For a more particular
� description oF said N�ork, refe'rence is hereby made to said Resolution
of I•ntention. �
" The costs and expsnses of said work and improvement are to'be
assessed upon the district which,is more particularly described in
said Resolutiori of Intention.
The said Board has declared that serial bonds to represent un-
paid asssssments, and to bear interest at the rate of seven per cent
per annum wi11 be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the
-- - - "3mprovement I3ond Act of 1915", -the=-last--installment of vahich -bonds -
shall mature nine years from the second day of July next suc,ceeding
ten months from their date. - �
For further reierence is hereby.made to said�

. The City Clerk is hereby dirscted to post conspicuously for
five days,-on or near the Council Chamber :door of said Board of Trus-
, tees, in the manner and form requirsd by law, a notice with pl�ns and
specificati'ons,. inviting seal'ed proposals or bids for doing the work
� � ordered,, and the said City Clerk is hereby directed to publi'sh t�vice
���'�� in the I,ynwood Herald, a weekly ne�vspaper published and circulated
.. in said City, which ne=rrspaper is hereby designated by the said Board
of Trusteas of said City for 'the purpose of said a
_ notice inviting such sealed proposals�or bids for doing said work and
' referring to ths.specifications posted or on file. ,
