Dear Custodian of Records,
I continue to wait for you to produce public records responsive to the request forwarded below.
I understand the request is in two parts and while I wish to inspect records responsive to both parts, I
am first and foremost interested in part two. Specifically, Any and all records related in any way to
the quoted hourly rate of $65.00 per hour for the person intended to produce records
responsive to the original request including recent wage payment, salary agreement, prorated
benefits and any other compensation considered in the calculation of hourly labor expense.
I would ordinarily not consider the financial records of a contractor to your agency to be public records
but since you have delegated to Green Group Studios the responsibility of providing administrative
support in the form of providing the labor to produce these records, the records used to calculate the
actual hourly cost of that administrative support labor must now be public records.
I am alerting the contractor to this request by copy of this email as a courtesy to them and not as a
direct request to them to produce responsive records. That is, of course, your job. Copy of this email
to them is simply a "heads up" that they may expect you to be asking them for assistance if you
haven't asked them already.
May I hear from you soon?
Sincerely,
Chris O'Hare

Green Group Studios has advised it will take to fulfill your request. However, please be advised
