California, transferring the sum of Fiftaen Hundred (�1500.00)
Dollars from the Water Fund to the General F'und. �

The Board of Trustees of the City oP LynMOOd does resolve as fol-
.- lowa:
Section 1: That the s�hm of Fifteen Hundred (�1500.00) Dollara be �
and the same ia hereby, transferred Prom the tVater Fund to the General
Fund of the City oP Lynwood.
Section 2: Thst said Fifteen Hundred (�1500.00) Dollara be re-
placad in 8dater Fund from first available funds in General Fund.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall furniah forthwith a certi-
fied cooy oP this Resolution to the Citv Treasurer, and thereupon said
City Treasurer ahall make the proper entry upon hie books of such
. tranafer. �
Section 4: That the City Clerk shall certify to the paseage of "
thia Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
