CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of November 17, 2003, was convened at 5:45
p.m. by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Viessman, Vogel, and
Weber
Absent: *Olsen (arrived at 5:50 PM)
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
The following categories had items brought up for discussion:
CONSENT AGENDA
Councilman Richard Groner wants to remove items (d) and (e) for individual consideration.
Following discussion, the Council decided they would request that item (d), approval of
CVB Budget and contract, be removed and tabled. The City Clerk was instructed to put it
on the next agenda if the item is ready to vote on yet.
BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS
2003 -132: staff is requesting that the bill be placed on the Informal Calendar to allow time
to send notices to affected residents before the name changes become effective.
Councilman Michael Berry gave notice that if he is not allowed to amend the agenda tonight
by adding a new clean air ordinance sponsored by himself, that intends to place it on the
December 1 agenda as a Bill Introduced and request suspension of the rules so it can be
voted on at that meeting.
The Work Session ended at 6:05 P.M.
