Section 1: Ttiat the aum of One Thoueand (�1000) Dollara be,
• and Lhe aame is herebq, tranaferred from the Clerk'a Street Im-
provement Fund to tha General Fund of the City of Lynnood.
Section 2: That the i:it,y Clerk ahall furniah fortheith a
certified cooy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer, and there-
upon aaid City Treasurer ahall make the proper entr, upon his booka
of auch tranafer.
Seotion 3: That the City Clerk.�hall certify Lo the pas�age
of thie Reaolution and thereupon and thereafter t�he same ahall be
in Pull force and effect.
