CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2014-89
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF BOB
MITCHELL FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Bob Mitchell's term on the Planning Commission of the city of Medina does
not expire until December 2015; and
WHEREAS, on December 10, 2014, Bob Mitchell submitted a letter of resignation from
his position on the Planning Commission addressed to the Planning Commission Chair; and
WHEREAS, Bob Mitchell's resignation from his position as Planning Commissioner shall
become effective December 16, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Bob Mitchell's letter of resignation from the Planning Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Anderson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
