A Resolution of the Board of' Trustees of the City of
Lgnwood, Cal., re-transferring the sur:� of Five-Aur.dred
Dollars (�50G.00) from the Clerk's Street Improvement Fund
to the General F'und.
The Board Qf Trustoes of the City of L,yn�vood does resolve as Tol-
2ows:
Section 1: That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (�500.00) be,
and the same is herebg, re-transferred from the Clerk's Street Im-
' provement Fund to the General Fund of the City of L,ynwood.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall furnish forthwith a certi-
fied.copy of this Resolution to the Cit,y Treasurer, and thereupon said
Cit,y Troasurer shall make the proper entr,y upon his books of such
trAnsfer.
Section 3: That the City Clerk ahall certify to the psssage of
_ this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effeci;.
