ing�of certain streets, avenues,_highvlays, a.11eys'aasd other public

pla.ces in.the City of Lyrnvood, under the provisions of the street
opening act of 1889 and �he amendmen.ts thereto, said contemplated
�' improve�ients being-more. speci�ically set'forth anct described in "° '
said F.esolution of Intention; and �
G�AEREAS, the Street 3uperintendent of the City of
Zynwood did thereupon.cause not'iee oi the passage of said resalution,
to be posted, in the manner .required by lac�r, and; did also cause a
,`notice similar to the�one gosted to`be published in accordance with
. law as.req_uired by said Resolution iv'o. 247 and by th� law in such
. case mac�e and provided; and
, WIiER�AS, certain objections were filed against said
proposed vrork and improvement, which said objections have been oend- �

.ing before, the Board of.� Trustees oi the said City of' I,ynv,rood, but
. have never been overruled or othexvaise ac.ted upon by said Board or
, any other action taken relative thereto; and
WHEREAS, it now appears to be to the best i�xterests of '
.the �ity.of I�ynwood and the citizens thereof that no further steps

RESOZVED, by the Board of Trustees of the said City
of I,yriwood: ,
1. Ttiat the Resolution o'f Intention No. 247 here-
tofore passed and adopted by tne Board oP Trustees on the 8th
day of April, 1925, be sat aside and rescinded; •
2. That ar�y and all proceedings heretofore taken
pursuant to said Resolution oY Intention No. 24? be set aside, re-
scinded and abaiidonod; and "
3. That the public improvement provided for and con-
. ;
templated under said Resolution of Intention IQo. 2a7 be abandoned
at this time, and that no ilzrther steps be taken under said reso-
lution of Intention Na. 247 to provide for the public improvements
therein contemplated and referred to.
