A Resolut_on of the Eo�rd of Trustees of the Cit,y of Ltm-
� Rood, Cal., re-transferring the sum of One Thousand Dollars
(Sp1000.00) from the Cl�rk's 5treet Improvement Fund to the
General Fund.
Z'he Hoard of Trusteefi of the CitS� of Lynwood does ordain as fol-
lowa:
Section l: Y'hat the sum of One Thousand Dollars (�"lOp0.00) be,
and the same is hei�ebg, re-transf'erred from the Clerk's Street Im=
provement Fund to the General Fund of the City of L,ynwood.
Section 2: `i'!�at the Cit�* Clerk shall furnish forthwith a certl=
fied cop,y of this Resoluti.on to the Cit,y Tre�surer, and thereunon
said City Treasurer �hali make the proper entrZt upon hio books of
such transfer.
Section 3: Tr�.at t�e Citv Clerlt shall c'ertify tierthe�oa�sagerof-
t�}is Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in
