The Board of Trustees of the City of L,y-n�vood does rectolve as fol-

votes cast in Consolidatod Votin� Precincts "A" "B" and "C" onsthe proposi-
tion "Sha11 Lars C F�nderson be racalled from the office of Trustee of the
Cit,y of L,ynwood" was E335 votes. That thare wero 668 votes casi. in favcr of
said recall; snd 167 votes cust against said recall.
Theref'or in accordance therewith, the Board of Trustees of the City
of' L�nwood does hereb,y declare the seat oY tkie above named Lara C Anderson
� vacant.
And it having been foi�.nd and determined that the .total munber of ,. .

to succeed Lars G�lnderfion in case that he be rocalled was 643.votes. That
of the aforesaid nnmber of votes cast Herbert P�7anley Murray rece.ivod 643

received the greatest number of votes cast for� condidates to succeed Lars
C Anderson in case that the said La�s C Anderson be recalled fr•om the office
of Trustee of the Cit�* of Lynwood he is dul� elected as.a PrIember of the
Board of Trustees to fill the vacanc� created by the recall of Lars G1 And-
erson. '
t�nd it having been found and determined ttiat the total mLmber of
votes c�st in Consolidated Voting Precincts "a" "B" and "C" on the pr�oposi-
ticn "Shall Fnank M Downey be recalled Prom the of:ice of Trustee of the
City of Lynwood" was 796 votes. That there �iare 652 votes cast in favor of
�aid recall,'and 144 votes CASC a�ainst said recall.
Therefor in accordance therewith, the Board of Trustees of the City
of L�rnwood does horeY;y dec�are the seat of Lhe above named Franic A/ Downey
vacant.
llnd it 15aving been found and determined that the total numoor of
votes cast in Consolidated Voting Precinets "a" "B" and "C" for candidates
to succead Frank M Downey in case that he Ue recalled rras �60 votes. That
of the aforesaid number of votes cast Charles �Arl Greenamyor received 660
votes.
Therefor it is hereb,y declared that Charles Ear1 Greenamyer having
received the greatest number of votes cast for candidatea to aucceed Frank
rvl Dovme,y in case that tYie said Frank M.Downey be rocalled from the off'ice
of Trustee of the Citv of L}m�vood he is duly elected as.a Member oi' the
Board of Trustees to fill the vacancy croated bv the recall of ErttnkCM Dow-
riey.

And it heving been found and detei•mined that the tdtal number of
votes cast in Consolidated Voting °recincts "A" "B" and "C" on the proposi-
tion "Shall Charles F Reeci he.reu�llod from the office of Trustee of the
City of L,�nwood" was 800 votes. That there crore 697 votas cast in favor of
s¢id reca�l, ancl 103 votes cast against said recall. ,
Therefor in accordance therewith, the Board of Trustees of tre City
,of Lvnwood does hereby declare the seat of.the abova named Charles F Reed
vacant.
And it. havir�g been fot�.nd aiid determined that tY:e to��l number of
votes cas� in Consolidated Voting I'recincts ° A" "�" and "C" for cAndidates
to succeed Charles F' P,eed in case that he be recelled was 686 votes. 'i'hat
of tho aforesAici number of votes cast Roy H Bul11s received GG votes, and
Clarence Webb Roborts received 618 votes.
Therefor it is her•eby declared that Glarence Y�ebb Rober•ta having
received the greatest nw��tiQr of votes cast for candidates to succeed Charles
P' Reed in case that Lhe :aid Charles F Reed be recalled from the office
of Trustee of the Cit,y of L,ynwood he ie duly elected as a Pdember of the
Board of Truatees to fill the vacancy created bp the'recall of Char•les F Reed.
`Phe Clerk shall enter on the recorde of the Board a statement of
the result of the Special Slection, chowing (i) the whole nunber of votes
cast in sald Special �lection; (2) the propositions voted upon and the mun-
ber of votes cast for and a�ainst each of such oropositions; (3) the names
of the persons voted for, the office �vhich each person vras voted for, and
the mimber of votes given to each of such oersonc.
The Clerk shall immediately make and deliver to each of such per-
son:� elected a certificate of election, signed b,y him and dulv authenticated;
he shall also impose the constitutional oath of offico and have them sub-
scribe thereto, whereupon they shall be inducted into the respective offices
to which they have been elected.
