' A Resolution of the Board Of TY'LL9LA@3 of the City of
Lynwood, �al., transferring the sum of F'ive Hundred Dol-
lars (Y5500.00).,from the General F'und to the Clerk's
5treet Imnrovement Fund.
Zhe i�oard oP Trusteea of the C�ty of Lynwood does resolve as
followa:
Section 1: That the aum of Five Himdred Dollars (3�500.00)�be,
and Lhe same ia hereb,y, transferred from the General Fund to the
Clerk's Street Improvement Fund of the City of Lynnood.
Section 2: That the said Five Hundred Dollars (�500,00) be
replaced in the Ueneral Fund from the fir"st available funds in the
61erk's Street Improvement F'und.
5ection 3� That the l%it9 Clerk ahall furnish forthwith a cer-
t•ified copy of the Resolution to the Cit,y Treasurer, and thereupon
said Citv TreAaurer ahall make the proper.entry upon his books of
such Lransfer.
Section 4: `j'hat the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th�s Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same ahall be
in full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 17th a,q of r' ruary, 1926.
