RESOLUTION NO. 2014-92
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING EIGHT PARCELS BE CLASSIFIED AS
NON -CONSERVATION AND BE SOLD AT AN ADJACENT OWNER SALE TO
THE ROLLING GREEN BUSINESS CENTER OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Medina supports the sale request made to Hennepin
County by the Rolling Green Business Center Office Condominiums Association of
adjacent parcels PID No. 02-118-23-44-0066, PID No. 02-118-23-44-0067, PID No. 02-
118-23-44-0068, PID No. 02-118-23-44-0058, PID No. 02-118-23-44-0059, PID No. 02-
118-23-44-0060, PID No. 02-118-23-44-0061, and PID No. 02-118-23-44-0062 ; and,
WHEREAS, Ownership by the Rolling Green Business Center Office
Condominiums Association and. increased future property values will benefit both
Hennepin County and the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the City of
Medina recommends the eight parcels be classified as non -conservation and be sold at an
adjacent owner sale to the Rolling Green Business Center Office Condominiums
Association.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
