A Resolution of the Board of Trusteea of the City of
Lynwood, Cal., re-transferring the sum of Five Hundred
Dollara ��500.00) from the Clerk's Street Improvement
F'und to the General Fund.
Tho Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood does recolve as
follows:.
Section 1: That tho sum of Five Hundred Dollars ���500.00) be,
and the same is hereb,y, re-transferred from the Clerk's Improve-
ment Fund to the General Fund of the Cit,y of Lynrvood.
Section 2: That the Cit,y Clerk shall furnish forthwith a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution to the Cit,y Treasurer, and thereupon said
Citv Treasurer shall make the prooer entry unon his booka of such trans-
fer.
Section 3: That the Citv Clerk shall certif,y to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thereuoon and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect. •
