nT01"I BE.IT RESOI,VED, that the �oard of Trustees does hereby find
and determine that no cause has been sho��n why bonds should. not be
issuod upon the security of the unpaid assessmonts, and does hereby �
overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance
- of said bonds, and furthsr
- BE IT RESOI,VED AS.POZL04U5; that bonds shall be.issued upon the
security of the unpaid assessments to said amount of Thirty-eight
thousand sight hundred seventy-six dollars and forty cents (�388.76.40).
The said bonds shall be Eighty (80) in number, and shall be
dated June 8, 1926, and bear interest at the rate of seven per cent
(7°�0) per annizm, and the denominations of said bonds and the dates of

The first coupon of interest shall be for interest from I�ay 21,
1°26, to JanuarJ 2, 1927, and the several coupons thereafter shall
each be for the semi-annual intersst, and
BE IT FURTHrR RESOZVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of
the said City upon the coupons attached to the said bords, shall be
lithographed or�printed signatures in place of signatures by hand, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD, that the City Clsrk of the said City of
Zynwood be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver
forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated to the Elliot-Horne Company,
assignee of the Contractor, in satisfaction of.the balance due upon
its assessment and 1Varrant.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of'the City of Lynwood at
a regular meeting of the said Board; held.on the 8th .day of June,
