S�CTION That the improvement hareiri described is required
� by the public intarest and conveni:once, and the Board of Trustees of
the City o� Lyn�vood having at the time set forth in Resolution of
Intention Tdo. 296 recei�ved no protoste or objections against said "
work.of improvomsnt or against the extent of the district to be
assessed for said work of improvement as set forth in Resolution of
Intention no. 296, does hereby order the work of improvement as con-
templated in said Resolution of Intention No. 296, to-wit:
First: That Banning Avenue, between the pr.oduced east line of
Zot 27, �lock 15, Belle Vernon Acres, as per map recorded in Book 9,
Page 196 of �aps, Records of Zos Angeles Gounty, California, and a
line 12 fe'et westerly from and parallel wi�th the east lino of Belle
Vernon Boulevard, be improved by.certain grading and by the con- '
struction of certain cemer�t concrete pavement, the construction of '
cement concrete curb, the construction of cemont concrete sidewalk,
and threo-quarter inch (�") wrou�ht iron pipe water sErvices and
appurtenances, except where side4valk and curb exist to official grade
along.said_Banning ��venue. ..- _
'' Second: All the foregoing work is fully set forth,`delineated
,. and descriUed on the.Plan and Profile Tdo. 501, on file in the office
of the City Engineer, and Specifications Tvo. T for the'�construction
of eement' curbs in the City of I,ynwood, Specifications No. 2 for the.
- construction of cement.sid�walks in the,City of Lyn�vood, Specifica- '
tions No. 7 for street paving with Portland cement cor.crets pavement
in the. City of Lyn�vood, California, and Specifications' No. 9 for the:
furnishing and the laying of watsr pipe and•appurtenances in thE City
. of Lynwood, California, on file in the office of the Cit�T �1erk of
said City. Said plans and specificatiors are hereby referred to for •
full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvemer.t
and made a part thereof.
Third: The grade to which the work shall be done ai�d improve-
ments made vihich are provided for in'the Resolution.of Sntention
' shall be shown on said Plan and TJo..501,,adopted therefor
and on file in tne office of the City Engineer, to which said Plan
and Profile reference is hereby made for the description oi' such
grade. .
The expsnse of said work or improvemont is by the said Resolu-
tion m2de chargeable upon a district which said district is�described

Bonds wiTl be issued as provided for in said"f�esolution of In-
