A Rosolut3on of tho Board o£ Trustees of the City of Lynwood, in tho County oP
Los Angeles, State of Califbrnia, fixing the rate of Taxea for the City of '
Lynvrood�for the Eiscal year I926-I927, and lev�ng such taxes for sai�.t year.
W h e r e a s tho Board of Trustees of the City of Lgnwood��at a regular meet-
-ing of the said Board held on the 24th day of August, I926�, and before the
passa�e oi this Resoli?tion, duly passed and adoptod' an Ordinance, to-�vit:
Ordinance No. �/d�', fixing the amount of money necessary to be raised by
taxation on the taxable property in the said City of Lpnwood�to carry on the
various Municipal Departments of tho�governmont of tho said City for the fisca'.
year I926-I927 at Ehe s�zm of �29 038.72--Twontg-nine thouuand and thirty-eight
and!72�I00 Dollars.
A n d �vhereas the assessed valuation of all the taxable pronerf.y in the City
of Lynwood which is taxablo for the fiscal pear I926-I927 is ��3�,629840.
Nov�, thorefore, be it rosolved by tho Board of Trustees of tho City of'Lyn- .
-wood as�follows, to-tivit:
T h a t the rate of taxation nocessary to be leviod upon the taxable proporty
witYiin the City of Lynarood to raise'the amount of money nossary to bes raised b
taxation upon such taxable oroperty, viz: to raise the said' sum o8 �29,038.72,
so found' necessary to be raisad by the said' Ordinance IQo, as a revenue to carr
on the various'Muniaipal Departments of the City of' Lynrvood for the fiscal
year I926-I927, is hereby fixed at Eighty Cents on each One Htmdred' Dollars
of the assassed valuation of assessable property within the City of Lyn�rood'as
returned to the Board of'Trustees of the said City"of Lynwood'by the Auditor
of the County of Los Angeles on the day of P_ugust, I926,viz.: on the va].uation
of �p3,629',8'40.00; and taxes for such pvrposes on such propertp are hereby
levied at the.rato of Eighty (80) cents per each �I00 of the said' assessed!vai
-uation.
