� croating the of8ice of Purchaser of necessary offi�ce and other
mate'rial and supplies for t.he several t�luniesipal De�artnionts of
the City o� L and appointin�Z an incwnbent of such office
and fi�ing his comoensation,
� Resclved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood
as follorvs,to-�vit:
That there is hereby created in and for the Cit,y of
Lynvaood tho office of purchaser of necessary office and oth-
er material and supplies for the sevaral PlIunici�al Departments
of the Ci�,y of Lynv�ood,
That the inctLmbent of said office shall be appointed
bz; the Board of 'Pruste�s of tho City of L�rnwrood and he or she
shall hold office during the pleasure of said Board,
That the compensation to be paid to such efficer
shall be the sum of Twantt,� five dollars (��25.00) per month,
�?ayable monthly,
That it shall be t.ho dut,y of sa•id ourchaser of supp-
lies as mentioned above to purchase from time to time a1_1
necesear,y supplies and other material for the several munic-
ipal De�an°trnents of th� Cit,y o° Lym�ood provided such purchase
shall not exceed th� swm ef three hundred dollars (�300,00 )
in any one purchase and provided it�ther that all purchases
so made by such purchaser shal7. be report�d in rr iting,at least
once cach mcnzh,to the Board of Trustees of the Cit,y•of Lyntivood
rrhich,if approved b5* auch Pma�rd,shall be rati£icd b,y resolution
oi said Board,In said report th�re shall be given an it,em�zed
�tatement of of each of such purchases.Said purchas�r of Pdun7.c-
ipal suu�.lies shall be; under the orders und directions of the
Board oi' irustees of the Coty of L,-�rnvood,
The Board of Trustees of said City reserves the right
to itself to make any purchases of Municinal supplies that it
may decm proper,
