WHFREAS: Robert B. Miller, a public officer, to-wit,
• the City Engineer o£ the City of Zynwood �✓as, on the 14th
day of December, 1926, appointed rngineer of Work, and
directed to prepare and furnish Specifications for certain
proposed acquisitions and improvements of Norton Avenue and
Peach,Street under proceedings .to be had and taken in the
matter of ^Acquisition and. Improvement Dietrict No._ of the
City 0£ ZynwoOd"; &nd
WH�REAS: the said Robert B. Miller, on the 14th day of
December, 1926, presented said Specifications to this Board
of Trustees of the City of Lynwood and this Board has eaemined
the same and deems that the pgblic interest and convenience
require the acquisitions and improvements therein provided for
in the manner therein set forth;
4Vf3EREAS: the acquisitions and improvements include in
said Speoificatione include the acquisition and improvement o�
the following Streets lying within the boundaries of the City
of Lynvcood, to-wit: .
' -----"- That Idorton Avenue and Peach Street be improved as �hown
on Plan and Profile No. 503, the acquisition as shown on Flan
No, 507, Plan No. 505 showing the district to be assesaed to
pay the costs o£ the Acquisitions and Improvements and such
acquisitions and are necessary and proper to com-
plete, connect with and render of greater use to the public
certain egisting public c+ays; Specifications No. 7 for the
� construction of cement concrete pavement in the City of Lynwood,
Specifications No, 1 for the construction of cement concrete
curbs in the City of Zynwood, Specifications No, 2 for the
construction of cement concrete sidewalks in the City of Lynwood,
Specifications No. 5 for the conatruction of oil rock macadam
pavement in the City of Lynwood and on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Zyn�ood be a part o£ these
speci£icationa.
N0�', THEREFORE, B� IT Hr^�SOLVr^.D, THAT the said plans and
apecifications be, and they are hereby, approved by this Board,
and it is hereby ordered that said Specifications be filed with
the Clerk of the Board of Truatees of the City o£ Zynwood.
