Act of 1925", can be presented t,o this Zegislative body, took up the matter of hearing the same; and W�Ri:AS: at a time not later than the hour set for said hearing certain owners o£ land �ithin the boundaries of the assessment district, as the same are set forth in said resolution o£ intention, filed with the clerk of this legislative body written objections to the doing of the thing or things in said resolution of intention proposed to be done, - in their entirety, and to the ordering of the same, and ce.rtain objoctioris, have been u� de to the doing of the said things so r; proposed to be done, as set £orth in said resolution of intention; ' and ` , .. �.. _. ...... .. . _ � ._.�.:� . - ._�� _ . . ,_. . r: . . _. _ ., _ x . . .. GvI�IR�AS: careful consideration has been given to said objections and protests and an opportunity has been afforded to a11 persons desiring to be heard thereon, and a full, fair and impartial hearing upon the entire matter has been had and eviden¢e has been received relative to the are� of property represented in the tivritten protest filed, and upon the other ' matters objected to; • • N01�7, TH:Hi,FORE, BE IT RESOLVFD, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Zqnwood, that it is hereby found, determined and - ordEred as foilows: ' 1. That the owners of more than one-half of the area o3 the propert;r included within the entire assessment district as described in the resolution of intention heretofore adopted in thie matter on the 14th,day of December, 1926, and in the specifications therefor referred to.in said resolution, have notmade v�ritten objections going to the'entirety of the things therein proposed to be done; ' 2, That all of the protests and objections, against the doing of the things �roposed to be done in.said resolution o£ �° intenti°on, are hereby overruled arid denied;" ` "`� ` - 3, That the boundaries of the Assessment District £or said Acquisition and Improvement District SJo, 4 of the City of Zynwood, as proposed in said resolution of intention, are hereb,y • adopted an� establisiied as the boundaries of said.�ssessment Dietrict, 4, That the.zones into v�hich said assessment district is to be divided, as proposed in sai3 .resolution of intentio�, and t�s sho.^m in the Specifications therein re£erred to, co;rrectly reflects the benefits to be derived, and that the z�nes as set ,- forth in said resolution are hereby adopted and,established; , ..: _, , _� 3 ,;` . �4 :. 5.
