Conahan Drive Hazelton, PA 18201 Dear Sir or Madam, Please be advised the Village will no longer require Aquagenix services provided at the Village Lake Park, located on the corner of Crandon Boulevard and East Enid Drive. Over the last year the Village has been battling with the algae and widgeon grass overgrowth. In addition to chemically treating the algae we will like to enhance it by raking and physically removing the widgeon grass as well. As per the termination procedure specified in our attached contract, the termination date will be February 28th. This is equivalent to six treatments left; two treatments per month for the months of December, January and February. We thank you for your services.
