Mr. William A. Kirk, Clerk
Village of McCall
McCall, Idaho 83638
Dear Bill:
I am writing in reference to the road through the present
practice fairway behind the lots along No. 9 fairway, which will be
sold by the Village.
Brown's Tie & Lumber Company does hereby agree to build the
road along the back side of these lots, provided that the sewer and
water along this road is installed by the Village of McCall. It is
my recommendation that these lots not be sold without sewer and water
as the lots are worth more with the sewer and water included anyway.
Thesewer and water line would extend along the street to a point
where the Village lots adjoin the Brown's Tie & Lumber Company lots
on No. 9 fairway.
If this is acceptable to the Village Board, please sign the
enclosed attached copy of this letter and return it to me.
Yours very truly,
BROWN'S TIE & LUMBER COMPANY
