Be it &esolved, by the Board of irustees of the Gity of Lynwood:
� 1: That the public intereat and necessity require the improve-
ment of and �ork upon Long Beach Boulevard from Orchard Avenue to
the center line of the Los Angeles County F1ood Control Dietrict
Channel of the Los Angeiee River, aTT to the extent and in the
ff,anner set forth in the speoific�tions therefore prepared by George
�J: Jonea; Engineer of �ork; and presented to the Hoard of super-
visore of said county on /YIa� 2 no� ,,. 1927, and approved
by said board at its meet3ng on sa.�last mentioned date and now on
' file in the ofPice of the c3erk of`said Board of Superv3sore, en-
titled "8pecifiaationa Por �cquisition and Imnrovement District No.
54 oY the County of Los Angelee�.
2: That the consent of this Board of TrusLees is he2etiy given
to the improvement of said Long Beaoh Boulevard in the manner and
to.the extent set forth in said a�ecificatiane an3 particularly to
the inprovement of that portion of the said Long Beach Boulevard
lying �rithin the boundaries oP _the Gity of Lynwood in the manner
set forth in said specificationa.

ceeding for said proposed improvement by the Eoard of �upervisors
oY the �ounty of Los Angeles_and the exeraiae of eaol.usive �uris-
