IN THE TvIATTER OF AC�UISITION AND IPaIPROVEi�NT
DISTRICT N0, 4 OF TI� CITY OF I,YNW00D.

RESOLUTION OF AWARD
4YHGREAS: the Board of Trustees, now known as the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, California, did, in open
session on the 13th day of September, 1927, publicly open,
examine and declare all bids delivered to the Clerk of said
Board or City Council £or the performance o£ the work and
improvement described in the res�lution of intention in the
matter of Acquiaition and Improvement District No. 4 of the
City of Lynwood, California, avhich resolution is hereby ex-
pressly re£erred to for further particulars;
NONl, THEREFORi,, BE IT RFSOLVED, that said Board or City
Council of the said City o£ Zynwood, hereby rejects all 03
said bids except that herein mentioned and hereby awards the
contr$et for the performance o£ said work and improvement to
the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: P. P. Janish at the
prices named in his bid; to-wit:

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted
by the Board of Trustees, now known as tha City Council of the
City o3 Lynwood, at a Adjourned Regular meeting held on the
20th day of September, 1927, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
