tees, now known as the City Council, of the City oi' Zynwood passed
its resolutioi,s; A?os. 338 and �39,'declaring.certain dead and dying .
grass and v�eeds then existing on certain lots and parcels of land in
the City oi' Lynwood to ba a public nuisance, and ��rhich resolution,
snurnerated such lots and parcels of land, and ordered tnc abatement,
of said nuisance, and
4?IiER�AS: This Board o£ Trustees has.determined and now declares '
the above s.tated nuisa:lce, which e�xisted on said Lots or parcels oi'
, land.•has been abated, and that the following is tne cost�and charge
of said abatement as said cost is charged to each 1ot or parcel of
land, as f'ollowa, to-tivit: �

as the �ity Council,.tnat the ati.ove stated nuisancss are hereby de-
elared abated, and the cost of said abatenent as sho�vn above hereby
declared an assessmerwt or lien against each lot and parcel oi' land
as shown above. '

land against wHich a lien is declare'd in this resolution and for
whieh the assessmsnt or lisn has not been paid, Ue sold at Public
Auction, in t�he manner provided by said Ordinance I�TO. 74, and in
this behalf, this Board.fixes, the 26th day of T?ovember, 1927, at.
the nour of 10:00 A. h?. of said day and continuoing thereafter till
all of the lands herein described are s:old or the liens charged
�ga.inst them paid. and. sa.id sale shall be held. at and in front of the
City Ha11 of the Cit� of Lynwood. Tne City tax and license collect-
or sha11 conduet said sale. That all lots or parcels of land so-
sold may be redeemed in tlle same manner and under the same conditions
as tho�e specified'for the redemption of property sold for taxes
by the County of ?�os Angeles. ,.
That the clerk of the City of Zyn�vood is dirscted to cause this
resolution to.be.published twice in the L,ynwood.Tribune ivhich news-
paper is hereb;� designated ior that purpose and the City Clerk is
� also directed to cause a csrtiSied copy of this resolution to be re-
'corded in tne recorders office of Los 2.ngeles County.
