Said pl�ns, profiles and cross-sections being numbered 527 and to which, � together �vith said specifications nunibe'red 527, reference is hereby made fo`r a fu`rther and more�compTete descriptiori�of sai�d v✓ork or ... _. . _ . � improvement. the grades to v✓hich said �vork is to be done are those grades shown on said plans, profiles and cross-sections. � SECTIOPi 2: That the said contemplated work or improvement in the opinion of the Board oY Trustees, now known as the City Council of the �ity of Lynwood, is of more than local br ordinary public benefit and said Board or Couneil hereby declares that the district in said �ity of I.ymvood benefitted by said work or improvemert and to be assessed to pay the costs and exponses thereof, is shown on a certain plat or map indicating the exterior boundaries thereof, which plat or map is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said ' Ci£y, and is marked 11an TQo. 528; and to which ref'erence is hereby made. :wa.. SECTION 3: i;otice is hereby given that ssrial bonds to repre- ssnt unpaid'assessments for the expense of said proposed work and im- , provement,.which bonds shall bear interest at tlie rate of seven (7) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the "Improvement Bond i�et of 1915" and amendments thereto, the last installmsnt of which bonds.shall mature nine years from the � second day of July next succeeding ten moriths from their date. . All of the herein proposed work except as hereinabove stated, shall be done in pursuance of an act of the Legislature of the State of.California designated as the "Improvement .>et of 1911", approved . April 7r,. 1911, and amendments thersto. , SECTIO2� 4: The City Engineer is dirscted to mal�e a dia�ram of the property affected or benefitted by the proposed u�ork or improve- ment as described herein and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof. SECTZON 6: lhe Clerk of said .^,ity of Lynwood, sha11 cause this Resolution of Intention to bs published tvaics in the I,yma�ood Tribune, a vaeekly newspaper publis'ried and circulated in said City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees, nocv known as the Cit;� Council, there being no daily newspager published in said City; and all noticES, re.solutions, orders of other natter recuired hersafter to be published in any proceedir:g based'upon this Resolu- tion of Intsntion shall be published in such nawspaper.
