RFSOZUTION EXTEIdDING THE TIME FOR THE COM-
PZETI01� OF THE PiORK OR IMPROVEMENT BY THE

WHEREAS, an agreement has been into between Ira E.
- Cogswell as superintendent of work and Sebeck and Brkich as con- .
tracstor for the perYormance of all,the wor an improvement pro-
vided for in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 7 oY the City o� Lynwood; and •.
' 9PI�REAS, this Board of Trustees, now known as the City
Council oY the City o3 I,ynwood has.received evidence, that the
time for completion of the.work and improvement provided Yor in
,. a4oresaid contraet or agreement will not be sufYicient Tor the
completion oY said work and improvement in a good and workmanlike
manner;
NOw, THEREFORE BF IT RESOLVED, that Ira E. Cogswell acting in
his oYficial capacity as superintendent of work in aYoresaid matter
be, and�he is hereby directed.to eatend the tTme oY completion fixed
in the aforesaid cantraet Yor a period of 30 days under the provi-,
sions of Section 17 of the Acquisition and Improvement Act o3 1925.
I hereby aertify that the Yoregoing resolution was adopted by
the Board:oY Trustses; now�known as tYie City Council oY the City
of I,ynwood, at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of November,
1927; by the following vote of the members thereoP:
