A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN WELL #5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND
WATERMAIN PROJECT
Whereas, on the 6th day of July 2022, Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and
Estimate of Costs were filed with the City of Tiffin for the Tiffin Well #5 Pump, Controls
and Watermain Project; and,
Whereas, the Notice of Hearing on the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and
Estimate of Costs were posted and published as required by law,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of costs for the Tiffin Well #5 Pump,
Controls and Watermain Project be approved with the approval of this resolution.
On the 19th day of July 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-064, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COSTS FOR THE TIFFIN WELL #5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND WATERMAIN
PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Limkemann.
Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022-064, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE
TIFFIN WELL #5 PUMP, CONTROLS AND WATERMAIN PROJECT to be adopted
and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 19th day of July, 2022.
