BOI�DS, 1927.
V�+IiERrAS, .the qualified electors.of the City of Zynvaood at an
election,duly and regularly held in said city on the 22nd day of
, October, 19Z7, did.by vote of more than two-thirds of all the voters
voting at said election authorize the issuance of Fifty Thousand
Dollars (�50,000) of bonds of said cit� f the purpose of acquiring,
constructing and completing a City Hall in said City as more parti-
cularly set forth in Ordinance 1Qo. 90 of said city; and
44HEREAS, said bonds have�been ordered to be issued and are to..
be designated °City-Hall Borids, 1927", to be dated December 1, 1927,
to be"ar interest at the z�ate of five psr, c,ent (5�� per annum, payable
" semi-annually, arid to mature j�1,500.00 annually beginning Docember 1,
1928, to and including,Vecember 1,.1959, and �2,000.00 on December
1, 1960; and .
@1HEREAS, Tkie Elmer J. Y.ennedy Co. has offered for said bonds
par and accrued intsrest to date of delivery;
IJO�`J, THEREFORE, BE IT t�ESOLVFD, That said bonds be and the same '
are hereby awarded to the said bidder, The Elmer J. Kennedy Co., at
-_ the price oY par and accrued interest to date of delivery, and that
the proper officials of this city be and the same are hereby authorized
t.o deliver said bonds to said buyer upon reesipt .of the par.value of
said bonds, plus accrusd interest to date of delivery thsreof.
