A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Ordinance #2001-01 adopts a Class IV Special Event Beer License, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab needs to adopt a fee for said license,
WHEREAS, the City of Moab needs to proportionately recoup costs for city services, regulatory costs,
staff time, and disproportionate impacts upon city services generated by businesses,
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB RESOLVE TO
AMEND THE CITY OF MOAB BUSINESS LICENSE FEE STRUCTURE AS FOLLOWS

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of Moab City in open session this
