l'VHERr,AS: the Board o£ Trustees, now known as the City
Council of the City of Zynwood, Cali£ornia, did, in open
sesstion on the 6th day of December, 1927, publicly open,
examine and declare all bids delivered to the Clerk of said
Board br City Council £or the performance of the work and
improvement described in the resolution of intention in the
matter of Acquisition and Improvement District Pdo. 4 of the
City o£ Lynwood, California, which resolution is hereby ex-
pressly referred to £or further particulars;

Council of the said Gity of Zynwood, hereby rejects all of
said bids exeept that herein menl;io�ed and hereb�* �,vr�.rds tlie

the lo*�est r.esponsible bidder, to-�vit: J. Paul Benson at the
prices named in his bid., to-v�it:
