LYNWOOD, THE SAME BEING ENTITLED pIN THE MATTER OF

CITY OF LYNWOOD ON THE 22nd DAY OF MARCH, 1927, AND

�flHEREAB; heretoYore, to-wit, on the 22nd day oP
March,.1927, the Boa.rd of Trustees of the City of Lynwood,
duly pasaed and adopted a cert�,in Resolution of Intention
No. �31, In the Matter.of Acquisition and Improvement Dis-
�trict No. 1 of the City of Lynwood, �rhich said resolution
wae enacted in part pureuant to the consent of the Board of
Supervieors of the Countq of�Los Angeles, as evidenoed by
the resolution of the eaid Bo�rd of Supervisors, duly'adopt-
ed on the 14th day oY March, 1927; and ,
YPHEREAS, thereaYter sa.id Boord of Trustees did
adopt another and further Resolution oY Intention concern.-
ing said Ac9uisitlon and Improvement District No. l,.which
e�id aecond Resolution of Intention'wae and is designated,
°Resolution of Intention No. 380, In the Matter of Acquis3-
tion and Improvement Dietrict No. 1 of the Citq of Lpnmood".
adopted on the 23rd day oY March, 1927; xnd
9PHEREAS, pureuant to and in connection with the said
Resolution of Intention, the Board of Trustees has heretofore
taken the following.eteps: -
r 1. Said Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No.
308, on the 5th day of October, 1926, uehich said reeolution
employed RO�RT B. MILLER, the City Engineer oP the City oY
Lynwood, as thereiri set 3orth.
2. 3aid Board of Trusteee caused the said Reeolu,-
tion of Intent3on No. 380, heretofore described, to be duly
published and.posted.., . -.
3. 3aid Board oY Trustees thereafter caused a No-
'tice of Public Improvement to be poeted in compliance oP the
terma and condition of ari act of the legisl�ture of the state
of California, approved May 23rd, 1925, entitled "Acquisitioni
and Improvement Act of 1925". ,
4. 8 Board of Trusteea adopted Resolutlon No.
341, on the 26th day of April, 1927, creating'a special ex-
penae fund in connection m�ith the said AcQuisition and Im-
provement District No..1.
_ 5. The said Board of Truetees hse heretofore ap-
�roved plans and apecifications and amended plane and speai=--
• fications of the work contem�;lated in the said resolution
as aforeeaid.
