RESOI,UTION FIXING.TI�RE AND PLACE FOR HiARING
ON ACCEPTANCE OF P10RK, AtdD ISSiJANCE OF BOIdDS.
PaHEREAS, in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement District
No. 7 of the City of Lynwood, a deolaration oY completion of the.
. work and improvement contracted to be done in the above entitled
proce together with an itemized statement of the expenses
thereof and the total sum for which bonds are claimed by the con- �
tractor,.which total sum is p102,296.00, all in the manner and form
set forth in Section 22 oP the "Aequisition and Improvement Act
' of 1925," as amended, was'filed with the Clerk of this Board oY
� Trustees, now known as the City Council on the 13th day oY Decemberr,. -
1927;
NOW�.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VED, that this Board of Trustees,
, now known as the City Council of the City of Zynwood hereby Pixea
the 27th day oY December, 1927, at.the hour oY 8 o'clock P. M., as
. the time, and the'ehambers of the Board oY 1^rustees;, now known as
the City Gouncil oY .the City oY Lynwood in the City of Lynwood, as
, the place where; a hearing shall he had Yor the purpose of deter-
mining whether or not the work and-improvement in_.the above en- :
titled matter. shall be aceepted as being completed according to
the contraet, and for�determining the aggregate.amount for which
bonds shall be issued to the contraotor or assignee thereYore, and
oP furnishing an opportunity to all persona intereated in a�}r oY
�the work-or improvement done, or in any affeoting said,im-
provement and the assessment diatrict thereYor, and feeling �
aggrieved by any aat or determination done or made in the said
proeeeding, or elaiming that any oP the previous aeta or proceedings
are irregular, deYective, erroneous or faulty, or claiming that the
work or improvement has not been perYormed acaording•to the contract
in a good and substantial manner, or elaiming that any portion of ,
the.work or improvement for any reason was omitted or illegally in-
eluded in the contraet for the`.sane,•.or having any objections to
oPYer or any reason to advance why bonda should not be issued in
the amount set Porth in the declaration and statsment om file, to
appear before this legislative body and by it be heard upon any o�'
the above mentioned matters; and
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED, that the Clerk oP this said Board or
Council shall publish a notice of said hearing by two insertions,
and by posting a copy thereoY 3or at least two days on or near the
chamber,door of this Board or Couneil, the date of the first publi-
cation and that o� such posting to be not less than ten days bePore
the date fixed foT said hearing. • •
I hereby certiYy that the �oregoing resolution was adopted by
the Board oP Truatees now known as the City Council, at a Regular
meeting held on the 13th day oP December, 1927, by the Yollowing
