IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND I��ROVEMENT
DISTRICT.NO. 7 OF THE GITY'OF ZYN�'VOOD. �

WHEREAS, in the matter oY Acquisition and Improvement Dis- -.
triot No. 7 of the City oY Zynwood, a hearing has been duly and
regularly had for the purpose of determining whether or not the
work and improvement performed in the above entitled matter should '
be acoepted as being completed acoording to the contraat there3or;
and determining the aggregate amount;Yor which`bonds shall be
issued to the contraator, or his assigns therefor, and oY furnishing
an opportunity to all persons interested to appear and present their
objeotions and, as appears from the affidavits on file in the oYfitse
oY this Board oY Trusteea now known as the City Councll oY the City
' oY I,ynwood notice of said`hearing,was duly posted and published and
a fair, 3u11 and impartial hea.ring has been accorded upon all ob-
�eotions presented;. and . . ,
WHEREAS'; enidenoe has been received upon the matters reYerred
to in the decTaration oY completion and statement of amounts filed
in the oPfice oY the Clerk of this Board or Council on the 13th
day of December, 1927;
�:� NOW, TAER�'ORE, BE IT RESOZVED, that this Board oY Trustees
now known as the City Council of the City oP Lynwood hereby finda,
determine.s-and orders as Yollows, to=wit: �-- -- -,
1. That the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the
� acaeptance oP the work and issuance of bonds has been duly and
regularly published and posted in the manner required by law.
. 2. That all oY the acts, determinations and proceedings here-
toYore had attd taken in the matter of Acqaisition and Improvement
Dis.triat No. 7 of the City oP.Lynwood are regular and in all res-
peots sufYicient, and that all protests and ob�ectiona regarding
the same and to the issuance of bonds in the amount hereinaYter-
set Yorth are hereby overruled and denied.
3. That the work and improvement to be dane in the matter o3
the above named distriet has .been csompleted and per3ormed acoording
to the oontract, in a good and substantial manner, and that said
worlc and improvement is hereby accepted..
4. That the amount of the contract price Por the doing oY

I hereby certiYy that the foregoing reaolution was adopted
by the Board of Trust'ees now known as the City Council of the
City of_Lynwood, at a Regular meeting.held on Tueaday, the 27th
day of December, 1927, by the Yollowing vote oY the-members thereof:
