'"IHEP.FAS, in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement Dis-
� trict.No. 9 of• the City of Lynvaood, a hearing has besn duly and
regularly had for the purpose of determining whether or not tho
. work and improvement performed in the above entitled matter
should tie accepted as being completed according to the contract .
therefor, and deterrnining the aegregate amount ior �vhich bonds
shall be issued to the eontractor, or his assigns thersfor, and
of furnishing an opportunity to all psrsons interssted to appear -
and present thsir objections and, as appears from the affidavits
on file in the offic� of this i3oard of Trustees now kr_own as the �
City Councib of the City"oi Zynwood notice of said hearing was
duly postsd and publishsd and a fair, iull and impartial hearing
has been accorded upon all o�ajections presented;.and
1"lHEREAS, on the 27th daf of December, 1927, by resolution
adopted, the hearing oY protests on the acceptance oY said im-
prov�mant was continued to Tanuary lOth, 1928, at the hour of �
8:00 0' clock P. P�. ; and '
iNHEREAS, evidence has been received upon the matters referred
to in the declaration of completion and statement of amounts
filed in the o�fice of the Clerk of this Board or Council on the
1'3th day of December., 1927,;
IvD'9, THFREFORE, BE IT RiSOI,VED, that this Board of Trustees _
nov✓ known as the City Cou.ncil ot the ^ity of' Zynwood hereby finds,
detarmines and orders as follows, to-wit:
l. That the day, hour and place of the hsaring upon the •
acceptance' oi'tne work ard issuarce o� bon3s has been duly ard •
regularly published and posted in the manner requirsd by.law..
2. That all of the acts, detsrminations and proceedings
heretofore had and taken in the matter of �cquisition and Im-
provement District Tdo. 9 of the.City of:I,ymvood are regular and
in all respects sufficient, and that all protests and objections
regarding the sar�e ar_d to the issuance of bonds in the amount
hereinafter set forth are hersby overruled and der_ied.'
3. That the tivork and improvement to be done in the matter
of the above named district Yias bssn completsd and performed
according to the contract, in a good and substantial manner, and

4. That the.amount of' the cor_tract, price for the doing of

5. Tha ths aggregate amount for which bonds shall be

6. That the City Trsasurer of the City of Zynwood shall issue
� acquisition and improvement district bonds of the said District, .
designated "Series A" amounting in the aggregate to thc said prin-
cipal sum last mentioned, datsd the day this resolution is adopted,,.
all in the manner and form provided in said Act and in further
accordance vaith the provisions,£or such bonds contained in the Reso-
lution of Intention adopted in the matter of said'Acquisition and
Improvement �istrict by this Board of Trustees noiv known as the
City Couneil. of the City of I,ynwood on tlie 24tki day of PwTay, 1927." ,
7.. That, upon the expiration of twenty days from the making
of this final order the Clerk of this Board of :ouncil shall
transmit to said City Treasurer an attested copy of this resolution
and order, together �a�ith an attested copy of the said Resolution,
oi Intention.
8. The totaT incidental exoenses is fixed at �6294.53, of
which sum, the compensation for er.ginesring work was done solely
by Engineer Robert B. P.4iller and amounts to �5,988.53.

by the Board oY Trustees now kizown as the City Couneil of the
City of I,ynwood, at a rogular meating hold on Tuesday,' the lOth
