[NHERE�S, in the matter of Itcquisition �nd Improvoment Dis-
trict ��o. 10 oi' the City, oY I,yn�vood, a hearing has been duly and
regularly had f'or the purpose of`d"eterrnining whether or not the
work and improvement performed in the above entitled matter
should be accepted as being completed a.ceordinb to, the.contr�ct
`therefor, and determining the aggregate amount for which bonds
shall be issued to the,contracor, or his assigns therefor, and
of furnishing an opportunity to all persons interested to_appear
and present their objections and, as appears i'rom the atfidavits.
on file in the office of this Board of Trustees now known as the

WHEREAS, on the 27th day of December; 1927, by resolution
, adopted, the hearing of protests on the acceptanee of said im-
provement was continued to January 10, 1928, at the hour of 8:00
o' clock P. P4. ; and

ferred to in the declaration of completion and statement oi
� amounts filed in the office of the Clerk of this Fsoard or Council
ori the 13th day of Aecember, 1927;

now known as the Citf Council of the City of Zyn��oaT hereby f'inds,
determines and orders as follovrs, to-wit: •
l. That the day, hour and place of the hearing upon the
acceptance of the work and issuancs of bonds has been duly and .
regularly published and posted iu the manner required by, law.
2. That all of the acts, determinations and proceedings here-
tofore had and taken in the matter of Acquisition and Improvement
District i�?o. 10 of the City of i,ynv✓ood are regular and in all res-
pects suii'icient, and that-all protests and objections regarding .
the same and to the issuance of bonds in the.anount hsreinafter
sot forth arc hereb;� overruled and denied.
3. That ths work and improvement to be done in the matter
of the above nasned district has been completed and performed
accordino to the contract, in a g.00d and substantial rnar.nar, and

6. • Tha_ tkze City Treasurer of the City of I,ynr��.00d shall -
issue acquisition and icaprovement district bonds of the said
District, designated "Series A".amounting in ths abgregate to
the said principal sum last mEntioned, dated tlie day this
resolution is adoptod, all in the manner and iorca provided in
said slct and in f'urther accordance vrith the provisions for .
such bonds contained in the ?tesolution of Intention a�opted in
the matter of said nc�auisition and Improvemer_t District by
this Board of Trustees nova known as the City'Council of'.the �
City of Zynwood on the 24th day of I+�ay, 1927.
7. That, upon tYie expiration of tvventy days from the malting
of this final ordsr the CTsrk of this Board or Council shall '
transmit to said City Treasuxer an aitssted copy of this reso-
lution and order, tooether with an attested copy of the said
Resolution of Intention.
8. The total incidental e:cpenses is fixed at.�5,062.33,
�� of tivhich sum, the compensation for engineering work was done �
solsly by Engineer Robert B. Nliller and amounts to �4,791.33.
