� That whereas, Robert B. h4iller, in response to the order of�
-this Ci.ty Council heretofore.made; and heretofore f'iled his_re-
.• port for:a re-assessment bond issue as provided bg the Acquisi-.. � �
tion-&.Improvement Act�of 1925,.and this being the time and place
�for the hearing on said report; '
Therefore, this.City Council does resolve that,the_said re-
port is confirmed except in the follotaing particular, to-wit:
� That the amount, Por the re-assessment bond issue�is hereby fixed . ,
� and determined at the sum o£ Y�191,610:95,"which said amount i§
hereby found to be tne of the original contraet price,
plus incidental expenses, and including_also�interest thereon
at the rate adopted for the new bond issue from the .date of the .
: orig3nal acceptance of the work by this City°Council: �.
' Be it further resol`ved, that.any and all protests, except in '-"
' so far as the same are allowed by modifying.said-re- �,.
. port, 'are .hereby ovarruled and denied,. . - �
.�-. � It is furtner resolved, that bonds shall be.issued as pro-

Be•it further resolved that no changes are made in said re- ; �
port except as above indicated, and this change embraces the .

Be it further resolved tnat the signature of the City Treasu-
rer on the intorest coupons to be.issued may be either.by writi:en. ' -,
