IT IS EEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED by the Board of
• Trustees (now l�nown as the City Council) of Lynwood, California,

and nacessity demand and reaui.re, and that it is the intention
of the said Board of Tr.ustees (now known as the City Council)

amount of the same, to-wit: Immediate possessior_ bonds, acquisition
bonds and improvement bonds, except that the sum of contri-
buted by the �County of Los Angeles in money shall be deducted from
the amount of the improvement bonds to be issued, the County of Los
Angeles, State of California havin� heretofore agreed"�o pay tor tne

interest to be paid at the maturity of the bonds, and the aggregate
