CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of February 16, 2004, was convened at 5:55 p.m.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Gordon, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Viessman,
Vogel, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Pending:
2003 -166: Councilman Richard Groner stated he plans to place this item on the Informal
Calendar.
Bills Introduced:
2003 -176: City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed "Exhibit A" which was requested
by the Council at the February 13 Brown Bag meeting.
2003 -170: Councilman Michael Berry had questions about the development agreement. It
was determined that the reference in the agreement to the "Chamber" was a typographical
error which needs to be corrected.
Unfinished Business:
Councilman Cliff Olsen stated that if anyone is interested in serving on the ad hoc Council
Rules Committee to let him know.
City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed background information on the issue which will
be discussed by Mr. Malcolm Griffin at the meeting.
