IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the present parties to the abore-natned agreement that the term thereof shall be and hereby is extended to and including ___ October 1 lg$5
,and that all the terms and conditions thereof, as heretofore or herein supplemented and/or amender;, shall remain in full force
and effect during the extended term, said agreement with the supplements and/or amendments (if any) to be subject
to termination prior to the expiration of the extended tern in the same manner as is provided therein for termination
prior to the expiration of the term hereby extended.
Special Provisions: Effective with the beginning of the term hereby extended
the above -mentioned agreement shall be and is hereby amended to provide
for payment by the Licensee to the Railroad Company the sum of $50.00 per
annum, payable to Union Pacific Railroad Company... annually in advance. .
