ORDINANCE NO. 299 •
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 OF THE
CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO; VACATING A PORTION OF
LAKESHORE• BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH
ROADWAY WHEN VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS
OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 297 of the City of
McCall, Idaho, passed and approved the 1st day of February,
1971, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That portion of Lakeshore Boulevard
in the City of McCall, Idaho, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 6 of McCall's First Addition to the
Original Townsite of McCall; thence Northerly
along the West boundary of said Block 6 to
the Northwest corner thereof; thence Westerly
along the Northerly boundary of Government
Lot 2 in Section 9, Township 18 North, Range
3 E. , B.M. , to the high water line of Big
Payette Lake; thence Southerly along the high
water line of Big Payette Lake to a point
directly West of the Southwest corner of said
Lot 1, Block 6 of said Subdivision; thence
East to the point of beginning.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of Lakeshore Boulevard
hereinabove described shall revert to the owners of the ad-
jacent- real estate. .
Passed and approved this 5th day of March, 1971.
