ORDINANCE NO. 301
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 299 OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO; VACATING A PORTION
OF LAKESHORE BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING THAT
SUCH ROADWAY WHEN VACATED SHALL .REVERT TO THE
OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 299 of the City of
McCall,Idaho, passed and approved the 5th day of March,
1971, lie and the same ' is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That portion of Lakeshore Boulevard in
the City of McCall, Idaho, more particularly described as
follows , to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 6 of McCal•l' s First Addition to the
Original Townsite of McCall; thence Northerly
along the West boundary of said Block 6 to
the Northwest corner thereof; thence Westerly
along the Northerly boundary of Government
Lot 2 in Section 9 , Township 18 North, Range
3 E. , B.M. , to the high water line of Big
Payette Lake; thence Southerly along the high
water line of Big Payette Lake to a point
directly West of the Southwest corner of said
Lot 1, Block 6 of said Subdivision; thence
East to the point of beginning;
shall be, and the same isihereby vacated.
Section 3. That said portion of Lakeshore Boulevard
hereinabove described shall revert to the owners of the ad-
jacent real estate.
